Visiting potential customer for new business. Researching and analyzing sales options to be offered to customer.

Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.

Visit customers and construction site. If any problem/issues arise come up with the solution to resolve it.

Prepares daily sales and pipeline report. Monitoring of sales performance.

Follow up and collect payments with the clients.

Follow up status of the quotation / tender for future order.

Negotiate the terms of agreement with customer and close the deal.

Remain updated with the current trend in the industry, market activities and competitor.
