Urgently Required Senior Project Engineer Dubai Uae

** Position Required : Senior Project Engineer.

** experience : Minimum 5 + Years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer.

** Requirements :

* Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work.

* Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment.

* Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors.

* Check design documents with Architects, Surveyors and Engineers.

* Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed.

* Developing and reviewing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical work activities.

* Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project.

* Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.

* Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive manner.

* Developing and managing detailed budgets and schedules.

* Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.

* experience with subcontractor management.
