Manage customer queries related to all services and solutions delivered includes complex customer issues diagnosing and thereby resolving and fixing.
Act as a conduit between customer and other teams such as engineering architecture etc. For any issue resolution.
Submitting offers to clients and following up.
Communicating with the clients.
Prepare correspondence, compose letters and responses;
Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
Effective coordination with other offices.
To focus on continuous improvement of processes and controls, including management of customer complaints, aiming for consistently delivering to the customer.
Must be a good listener

Must have a Bachelors degree.
Candidates should have minimum 2 years of experience.
