Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the organization and assessment of marketing campaigns.
Participating in recruiting marketing team members, setting marketing and sales strategic goals, training and supervision of marketing and sales representatives.
Generate sustainable and manageable workload and organize tasks to align diverse marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives.
Marketing Supervisor Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
3 + Years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales.
experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions is preferable.
Strong understanding of business and industry.
Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs.
