Receptionist Vacancy in Dubai

As a hotel receptionist, your primary responsibility is to greet guests and assist them with their check-in and check-out processes. Your duties and responsibilities may include:

Greeting guests: You are the first point of contact for guests, and its your job to welcome them warmly and create a positive first impression.

Checking guests in and out: You\'Ll be responsible for verifying guests identities, processing payments, and providing them with room keys.

Answering phone calls and emails: You\'Ll be responsible for answering guests questions and handling reservations.

Handling guest complaints: If a guest has an issue or complaint, you\'ll be responsible for addressing their concerns and finding a satisfactory resolution.

Maintaining guest records: You\'Ll need to keep accurate records of guests personal information, room reservations, and payment information.

Providing information: You\'Ll be responsible for providing guests with information about the hotels amenities, local attractions, and nearby restaurants.

Managing the front desk: You\'Ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, including stocking brochures and information materials.

Assisting with other duties: Depending on the size of the hotel, you may be asked to assist with other duties, such as room service, housekeeping, or concierge services.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be proficient in using hotel management software and other computer programs.
