Female Staff For Customer Service in Dubai

We are urgently looking and hiring for a Female customer-oriented service representative in our company.

Customer Service Responsibilities list:

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Requirements and skills:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Note: Applicants must be in UAE and HAVE OWN VISA FATHER/HUSBAND. Those who can speak HINDI and ENGLISH.
