We are urgently hiring Caf managers to oversee the day-to-day running of cafs. They hire, train, and supervise caf staff, order caf supplies, resolve customer complaints, and ensure that food health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Caf Manager Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training, and supervising caf staff.
Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
Caf Manager Requirements:
Bachelors degree or certification in business administration or business management is advantageous.
Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
