An aggressively growing food production and distribution company is looking for a well-organized, energetic purchasing assistant to help the purchaser carry out day-to-day tasks and who can make cost-effective purchases and maintain a fully stocked inventory.
* Researching market trends and potential vendors.
* Maintaining relationships with both vendors and clients and identifying suppliers.
* Inspecting and monitoring the inventory.
*Tracking deliveries and updating order records.
* Updating relevant spreadsheets and documents.
* Issuing LPOs
* Perform Price Negotiations
experience as a Purchasing Assistant in a Food Company (REQUIRED)
* Female Applicants
Excellent administrative and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with purchasing software and advance knowledge of MS Excel.
