An Outsourcing company in Dubai is currently looking for an Human Resources Coordinator who can join immediately.
Candidate should have an experience with the below field;
1. Recruitment
Should be able to source relevant CVs for the open roles in the company and client.
Should be knowledgeable in creating and designing a Job Description related to a job position.
2. On Boarding
experience in doing reference checks is a must.
Should be able to communicate the position details to new hired staff before start date.
Gather and process paperwork, like contracts, and NDA.
3. Document Control
Knowledge in Filing system is a must. Including maintenance of Hard and Soft Copies of the Employee Documents.
4. Operations
experience in providing a seamless and client- focused support to the employees.
Responding to questions and resolving issues timely throughout the employee life cycle.
Issuance of any Human Resources Related requested letters. (i.e, salary certificates, employment certificate, transfer letters, resignation acceptance, termination letter. Etc)
5. Medical Insurance Application
experience in Medical Application of the staff is a must.
Coordinating with the staff regarding Medical Insurance issues and applications.
Qualifications:
3-5 Years experience as an Human Resources Coordinator/Assistant in UAE, an experience in a outsourcing company will be preferred.
