Job Description
The first point of contact for customers and visitors and will play a critical role in creating a positive and professional impression of the company.
Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential for the success in this role.
+ Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
+ Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages and responding to inquiries.
+ Managing the front desk, including organizing and maintaining a clean and professional reception area.
+ Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries.
+ Keeping the reception area organized and supplied with necessary materials, such as brochures and promotional materials.
+ Maintaining and updating contact databases and schedules
+ Assisting with administrative tasks, such as photocopying and scanning.
+ Responding to customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
+ Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
+ Performing other administrative tasks, as needed, to support the smooth operation of the company.
+ Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
