We are looking for an Office Boy or Girl for our office located in Al Qusais, Dubai.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Complete Office Cleaning. Serving the Managers and other Office Staff / Visitors. Arrangement of Stock Items and Cleaning of Stock Room. Any other duties as may be delegated by your supervisor.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
Skills
Requirements:
Must be presentable.
Self-driven, mature, clean and well organized.
Team player with good attitude towards work and colleagues.
Must have minimum 1-2 year’s relevant experience as Office boy.
Good communication skills in English.
Jolly and trustworthy personality.
Any educational qualification is preferred
Can join immediately, Flexibility and Adaptability is required.
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
Experience : office cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
Nationality: ASIAN
