We are looking for a Female Reservation Agent to join our team at our hotel apartments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. You will be responsible for making reservations, providing information about the hotel, assisting with guest check-in, and handling payments.
Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and reservations over the phone.
Processing payments and ensuring the accuracy of all bookings.
Updating records in the hotel database
Ensuring availability of rooms and providing upgrades when applicable.
Assisting with check-in and check-out
Answering questions about the hotel and surrounding area.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Good computer skills
Good communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
