.Preparing documentations for new staff members
.Preparing documentations for health card renewal
.Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
.Liaising with line managers for monthly schedule
.Monitoring of log in and out prior to submission to HR Manager for payroll time sheet
