We are looking for a responsible Administrative Staff to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties and requirements are mentioned below
Duties:
Greet clients and make them feel comfortable, both in person and over the phone
Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
Provide essential details to potential clients, such as class or membership pricing
Maintain front desk and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times
Ensure client records are up to date
Alert the management of potential security issues
Education and Experience:
1. High school diploma
2. one Two years working in the service or administrative industry preferred
Required Skills:
1. Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
2. Verbal and written communication skills
3. Basic math and accounting skills
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience operating a cash register (as needed)
2. Critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills
