Mechanical and Civil Quantity Surveyor\'s roles and responsibilities are not limited to the following:
1.) Tender management including preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents. Manage and produce/take off Bill of Quantity (BoQ)
2.) Take off quantities from AFC drawings and for variations.
3.) Preparing Tender and Contract Documents.
4.) Identify changes from AFC and Tender drawings.
5.) Input to the supply chain/preferred suppliers for constructional elements in conjunction with project teams for subcontractors/suppliers.
6.) The Candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all types of surveying methods frequently used in the construction of related projects.
7.) Candidate should have good ability to work with people and has quality / efficiency.
8.) Sound knowledge of Building Construction.
