We are looking for vibrant and fun Front Office Agent to come on board. We are looking for someone who will go beyond the Ordinary for the guests. and each other.
Asian national only.
This person in their role will be required to:
Greet the guest with a genuine smile and ask how to assist them
Provides personalized service to a guest
Create a conversation with the guest to know their needs and how to assist them
Monitor the cleanliness of the lobby and forecourt of the hotel
Assist guest with their luggage from the door up to the room
Answers any queries of the guest through e-mail
Handles guest complaints.
Communicate with the Sales department whenever there is a group that needs special requirements.
