Job Description: Interact directly with customers via e-mail, phone and social media Review all posts and comments shared by customers on social media like Instagram and Facebook and provide positive compliments to customers, or answer any questions Handle all offline sales in Middle East and Internationally and respond to any purchases that are made via phone, email and social media Provide correct pricing and product information to customers Handle translation (English Arabic and vice versa) for operations department and when requested.
Requirements
