English Speaking BPO Call Center experience Is Required.

Lead Generation, Customer Service and Sales Positions.

Baden BPO and Software LLC seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.

Responsibilities:

A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.

Qualifications:

Strong command of the English language

Proficient in desktop application and internet.

Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge.

Candidates must complete our training course.

Compensation:

Monthly Salary Base (3,000)
