A private luxury real estate developer is looking to hire an experienced Developer Representative who will own client and broker relationships and manage day-to-day operations of the new sales office.
Responsibilities:
Act as a main point of contact and represent the developer with approved brokerages, clients, and vendors.
Manage day-to-day communication across all parties, assist with client follow-throughs and sales office visits.
Create and implement broker training courses to onboard them to new and existing projects.
Conduct direct-to-client presentations
Use internal CRM to market, document and evaluate lead success.
Document all ongoing inquiries and keep a running list of questions to be included in future trainings.
Perform general administrative duties such as email communication, training scheduling, follow ups and preparation for the client visit.
Good Communication skills with comfortable doing presentation and able to give clients a luxury experience from start to finish.
