A successful Telesales Agent has excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be meticulous in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
Key Accountabilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using Scripts.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company\'s reputation * Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Promote the company\'s services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople Requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Marketing or other equivalent qualification.
experience:
2 Years experience in sales coordination or pre sales role.
Understanding of B2C in consolidated with FM sectors.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Self-motivated and can work independently to close business.
Committed to completing tasks and objectives.
Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point proficient on Advance level.
