To receive, stock, cut, prepare, wrap, weigh, price, and attractively merchandise seafood department products.
Responsible for proper inventory control and product rotation to maximize product freshness and availability, while minimizing waste.
To clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing.
To work with equipment like wrapping machines and knives.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have 2 to 5 years seafood experience in Food Service/Seafood Distribution Company.
Must have good knowledge of the seafood products and the different types of storage conditions, how to ensure maximum care is taken when handling products.
It is essential that you hold a high secondary degree.
