Recruitment Manager For Human Resources Consultancy Philippines

Identifying and searching suitable candidates as per requirements and JDs, provided by the clients, from Naukri, LinkedIn or similar job sites.

Contacting the candidates, seeking their details and evaluating them against the job requirements by reviewing qualification, certification, relevant experience and salary details.

Furnishing requisite information to the candidates about the company, role, expectations, compensation and benefits.

Pre-screening and short-listing the relevant candidates over telephonic or video calls.

Organizing interviews with the interviewing panel.

Seeking reference check on the candidates selected.

Any other assignments given from time to time.

Looking for passionate to work and grow themselves in recruitment field as End to End Recruiters which means bring the position, find the candidate, close the position and get the payments too. We will share our positions to close too.

Ideal candidates will be MBA Undergrads/College Graduates.

Preferably Human Resources or Recruitment experience in Recruitment firm essential.

End to End recruitment Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.

Good understanding of Internet and MS office is a must.

Ability to understand technical and non-technical and evaluate important keywords to perform the search.

Prior work experience in IT and non IT recruitment would be preferred. Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing of candidates using job portals / Boolean search in accordance of the Job description.

Thorough Assessment of candidates skill and professional details over telephonic conversation. Interview scheduling and reference check.

Maintain Strict Turn Around Time and adhere to specific requirements.

Understand the job responsibility and formulate work plan.

Sourcing through social media like LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter and other available online forums.

Maintain a keen eye on latest recruitment processes and techniques for efficient recruitment process.

Float on the leading portals and formulate candidate hiring strategies.

Conduct market due diligence on availability of talent pool in specific markets/Regions.

Conduct research and analysis as well as produce reports as required.

Ability to reach out to corporates on behalf of our firm and raise business opportunities / positions Job Type: Contract.
