A Telesales cum Customer Services representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.
Bringing new clients and making new business collaborations ( collects targeting database, approaching, negotiating and closing the deals)
Follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Computer Knowledge MS Office, Outlook Emails.
Education Bachelor
1 Year experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
