Bakery Assistant

Job Description:

Measures and mixes wet and dry ingredients to form concoctions as per standardized recipes.

Operates oven controls to regulate temperatures and to set time cycles for baking products.

Decorates products with icing designs, using spatula and cream bags.

Monitors the consistency of preparation and presentation in relevant food production areas to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards.

Ensures that food is stored, prepared and secured hygienically and safely.

Assists in maintaining standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen and related areas.

Any other reasonable duties as required to fulfill the needs of the business.

Requirements:

Ideally have 2 + Years of experience in Pastry Making.

Ready to join immediately `

Ability to commute to JVC, Dubai daily

Bonus skills:

experience in baking vegan and gluten-free products.
