Office Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Job description / Role Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, answer/screen/direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, postal and courier shipments

Establish and maintain record-keeping system for files, contacts, employee directory, attendance etc.

Arrange for immigration, insurance and licensing procedures and ensure timely and smooth processes

Perform daily administrative and office support, arrange for timely payments; ensure that company operations run efficiently

Arrange for basic documents fill up and control, fill KYC and registration forms

Provide direct business support to senior management, including email correspondence, generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms etc.

Coordinate travel arrangements for all levels of employees. Issue visas, air tickets, hotel vouchers etc.

Handle and keep records of petty cash expenses

Assist team with administrative requests

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
