Investigate legal claims and complaints by or against the company, prepare reports and/or opinions based on findings to ensure that top management is made aware of all aspects of the legal claims and complaints and the associated risk.
Provide legal support and advice to management on relevant legal issues.
Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company\'s legal function.
