- Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.
- Proactive in building contacts, capturing, and generating new customer sales opportunities.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Work with Sales and Technical team to fulfil order processing.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Good understanding of how to manage all social media channels.
- Have a great desire to learn and understand technological concepts and tools.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Cloud Software knowledge, preferable previous experience in selling Cloud Software.
- Graduate in IT and Marketing Diploma / Degree.
- Previous experience in inside sales, or related sales with minimum 2 years’ experience.
