Office Co Coordinator Vacancy in Dubai
Job Responsibilities:
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
Monitoring maintenance budget spending
Monitoring and ordering materials needed for the maintenance job
Filing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
Assist in vendor relationship management
