The Office Assistant/Receptionist will be responsible to oversee Mayo Clinics patient representation office in Dubai, UAE. The individual will serve as the primary triage point for international patients, visiting international groups, and individuals who are interested in scheduling appointments. Will receive and respond to phone, mail, e-mail, and in-person inquiries. The individual is expected to provide general information. This position will be responsible for the overall day-to-day coordination of the office and may be assigned special projects by the manager or administrator.
