Distribution of staff messages, faxes, memos, other correspondence as directed by the Secondary Office Manager.
Distribution of school trip and school circular letters to all students
Distribution of medical forms/documents to students
Distribution of accounts documentation to students
Distribution of mail to staff and staff pigeonholes.
Collection of Secondary registers every morning (ensuring with the teacher that late students have been marked as late on the class register) and distribution to secondary supervisors for follow up of absent students
Setting up of venues for teacher or parent meetings.
Arranging necessary hospitality for visitors within the Secondary School.
Assisting the Registration Department with confirmation of Class Lists at the beginning of the school year.
Assist with collection of forms and fees from Secondary classes eg school photographs, year book.
To assist with reprographics when needed.
To assist with setting up rooms/venues (moving of chairs/tables etc.) for school events when needed
To assist other departments with the movement of equipment, books etc when needed
