Required Call Center Agent in Dubai

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Call Center Agent professionals who can join in our Call center team with experience in the Restaurant.

Job Description:

1. Manage all inbound calls/orders and inquires received through Delivery Platforms, Telephone call, E-mails, Website, Social media and other channels in a timely manner.

2. Answer all inquiry from customers professionally and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns and ensure customer feels supported.

3. Process customer orders and assign to the relevant outlets.

4. Coordinate with outlets for timely orders to ensure to send products on time to customers.

5. Follow up with customers to ensure that they receive food and beverages as per the standards and expectations and report any concerns to supervisor as required.

6. Identify any order delays or other relevant complaints and report to the supervisor.

7. Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or application.

8. Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.

9. De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support as per the company standards.

10. Handle complaints / negative comments to the supervisor immediately.

11. Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer.
