To make the workers strictly abide by the applicable procedures as well as the general safety rules and regulations.
To take part in drawings to get a comprehensive message across the ones site workers.
To give guidance during execution while watching over the auto-control sheet correct filling out.
To control the work by the craft standards and specified requirements while preparing the corresponding timesheets.
To verify the availability, correct status, and/or conformity to specified requirements while preparing the corresponding timesheets.

In case of foreman presence on-site, the team leader will have reduced responsibilities notified by Site Engineer.
Relations and Autonomy:
To report all the site matters to Foremen, including work-in-progress, assessed needs in manpower, materials, tools and equipment for the period to come, misunderstanding of project documents, problems of any kind.
To optimize site store contents and level with Foremen.
To coordinate with Foremen for the tests to be performed.
To work in partnership with another subcontractor of the site.
To coordinate directly with QHSE for all types of improvement actions.
