A Group of Medical Equipment Trading Company based in Dubai and Ajman is looking for an experienced accountant to take care of all accounting related matters and handle admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
Preparing quotations, invoices, statements of accounts.
Monitoring and recording petty cash expenses.
Preparing and processing monthly salaries.
Recording receipts and payments
Recording supplier invoices, reconciliation of SOAs.
Monitoring receivables and following up outstanding payments.
Posting journal entries, reconciliation of accounts.
Monitoring payables
Preparing bank reconciliation
Preparing VAT reports and filing them
Performing admin tasks such as answering enquiries and resolving issues from clients and suppliers by phone and email.
Book keeping and preparation of financial statements and reports.
Prepare weekly cash position reports
Maintain legal documents such as employees files, vehicles and other official documents and monitor expiry of each and every document Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent.
2 + Years of accounting experience
Strong communication skills
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong organizational and stress management skills.
Proficiency in accounting software(tally), Microsoft office and analytical tools.
