We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Executive with RERA Certificate, who is proactive and well organized. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing documents such as Representation Contracts, Purchase Agreements, Closing Statement, Sales Deeds and Leases. Promote properties using social media marketing tools through advertisement, open houses and participation in multiple listing services. Applicants only with real estate experience will be expected.
Qualifications and experience
Bachelors Degree.
2 Years of experience in a Sales role.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability multi-task and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office.
