We are looking for front-facing admin staff to handle the reception, client interaction, and all admin works including documentation, correspondence, follow-ups and petty cash.
Job Description(Female only)
Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal and external customers timely and professionally.
Develop and maintain a tracking system on all incoming and outgoing mails and courier items for the office.
Assist in General Office administration.
Preparing and filling all the paperwork.
Assist Human Resources /Accounts with proper documentation/ paperwork.
Preparing contracts and documents for sales/Engineering Dept.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: aed2,000.00 aed2,500.00 per month.
