*Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or any computer related degrees.
*Need excellent hands-on experience in Win 7,8,10, Win Server 2008 above, DNS, TCP/IP, other Networking concepts and general Desktop support issues.
* Attend to the company\'s and its clients\' issues/problems to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve the raised concerns relating to their computers, servers, network, etc.
*Skills in UTM Firewalls, MS Exchange and SQL are plus.
*Need good client-facing experience, written and verbal skills, excellent phone manner.
*Should be able to work independently
*Driving License as an added advantage
