Counter Sales Staff Vacancy in Dubai

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Attending to call for inquiries or assistance needed by the customer.

Attending to the walk in customers providing all the necessary information they require about our vehicles.

Checking for the validity period of the documents produced by the customer.

Preparing legal agreement on the terms agreed by the customer and the sales person.

Arranging for the collection of rent of the vehicle from the customer.

Updating the other colleagues on the availability of vehicles and the bookings.

Ensuring that the cars are clean and ready for the next customer.

Assisting on analysing customer complains so as to make our services better.

Ensuring on the customer satisfaction by our services.

Checking the cars condition on a daily basis and keep the maintenance team updated on the same.

Keeping records of the open and closed rental agreements.

Any other additional responsibility given by the operations manager or corporate manager.
