Assistant Storekeeper Vacancy in Dubai

Urgently required assistant storekeeper for doors / windows manufacturing plant.

The successful candidate has to support and perform under the supervision of the senior storekeeper and purchasing officer in the following tasks:

* Knowledge of using Microsoft Excel.

* Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the store.

* Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.

* Monitor and take inventory on regular basis.

* Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.

* Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

* Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

* Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

* Post all invoices using the MMS Material Management System.

* Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.
