The kitchen steward would be responsible for daily cleaning and dishwashing, and holding up to sanitary standards based on ADAFSA.
He will assist in the kitchen with food prep, when needed, cutting apples, washing fruits, rolling cookie dough balls.etc.
He must have previous kitchen experience and knowledge on how to handle cleaning chemicals used for different purposes in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Regular cleaning and organizing dry products/storage to maintain orderly kitchen.
