Identifying and attaining new potential customers or business leads.
Manage a designated portfolio of customer relationships to identify and address customer needs.
Organizing the Customer Visits and conducting product presentations.
Provide specialist information, guidance and advice to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service.
Identify business opportunities and set business development strategies to develop a pipeline of business coming into the company.
Developing and managing long-term relationships with clients by ensuring seamless delivery of expectations and services to achieve customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs within acceptable risk standards.
Follow up-Technical Submissions, Quotations, Sales Orders and other customer requirements.
Carry out all tasks ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers and adhering to all appropriate processes and procedures.
Build, maintain, and retain key relationships with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
Identify new Clients, Consultants and Contractors, negotiate and close business deals.
Understand in-depth and stay informed about the market and the business trends.
Attend industry events and provide feedback on the market development and shifts.
