Reply to emails, distribute inquiries
Attend weekly meetings and take meeting minutes.
Prepare daily reports, schedules, book appointments.
Check office supplies, place orders for supplies, place orders with vendors.
Make hotel and flight reservations, gate pass registration, online transactions.
Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
