Manage and Maintain the registration and prequalification with major Oil and Gas Clients, EPC Contractors and End Users, and handle the full cycle of the registration and prequalification process with all new clients.
Must poses excellent skill and understanding of Clients\' PQ Application Submittal and follow up Review/Approval process.
Should be able to independently study, evaluate and communicate with other business unit managers.
Should have excellent communication, self-correspondence and typewriting skills.
Will be responsible to receive tenders, RFP, RFQ, RFI and related correspondence and should be able to acknowledge the receipts promptly.
Study and understand the technical, commercial requests and any other requirements to compile the final documents required in coordination with other business units involved.
Work with BDMs and Other Business Unit Manages to set the proposed plans that meet with the objectives of the proposal requirements and submission timeline.
Manage all the vendor contract documents.
Must be experienced in SAP Ariba/other Online Portal for Vendor/Contractor Registration, Pre-qualification activities.
Know-how of Major Activities with ADNOC Group of Companies, ADWEA/other UAE Government /Semi Government /Industrial Organizations is a MUST.
Knowledge of Computer Operations, Microsoft Office, Emailing and Internet browsing is a requirement.
Experienced in handling/filing Documents/Electronic Files and revision controls.
5-8 Years of experience in similar position is required.
