. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role in Spa and Salon.

Professional attitude and appearance.

Making Spa daily reports.

Other responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Spa.

Answering phone calls and or referring inquiries.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Solid written and verbal communication skills.
