Responsibilities of Admin:
Maintain and Manage to update Listings on CRM Handling Marketing online Web-Portal such (Propertyfinder and Bayut) for property verification Drafting Tenancy and MOU contract and Preparing the final contract and documents.
Issuing Receipt and Tax Invoice to the clients. Filing the Tenancy and MOU on monthly basis for documentation purposes. Answering incoming calls and transferring the inquiries to the assigned agent Applicant should be Excellent verbal and written English skills. Knowledgeable in CRM software.
