Customer Service Manager Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

-Good market knowledge and customers based on quality service.

-Achieving cross selling sales target.

-Most know Driving accounting and finance policy requirements.

-Regularly analyse the business and provide feedback to the management on recommendation to improve performance.

-Be subtle and provide a learning environment for for staff were necessary.

-Ensure that all policies and procedures for fast fit operations are adhered to by staff within the reporting structure.

Job requirements:

-Strong data analytical ,evaluation and interpretation skills including good business acumen.

-Expert knowledge and experience of automotive after service industry essentials.

-At least 5 years in OE or Tier 2 business in a managerial role.

-Expert knowledge of complete automotive business model and value chain.

-Most be computer oriented with full knowledge of microsoft excel and word.

-Most have a very high personality with good communication and and presentation skills.

-Most be 100% smart and fast in carryout responsibilities.

The-most be extremely fluent in English.

-Most understand happiness cente as well as approaching and welcoming.
