Customer Service Cum Sales Executive in Dubai

Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales team to handle the related documents received from field sales.

Maintain tracking of incoming sales and delivered units.

Review Order Confirmations from Order Processing and send updates to customers on the order details and scheduling.

Liaise with Production to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; and suggesting improved methods and techniques.

Consolidate respective sale documents to pass to Accounts Department upon successful delivery, installation and commissioning.

Manage and organize sales documents.

Meet ISO Objective comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 requirements.

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquire about products and services.

Handle and resolve customers complaints.

Co-ordinate order processing and shipment of goods.

Help customer to decide what type of products would best suit their needs together with product specialist.
