We are looking for a representative receptionist to join the The Quality Group. As our receptionist you will play a critical role in providing a first-class experience to our members, prospective members, and visitors of our facility. The first point of contact for enquiries, complaints, and questions.
The position is a fulltime position for 48 hours per week. If you have previous experience in a similar role, we highly encourage you to apply.
What we expect from you:
Provide exceptional customer service experience for prospected customers, existing customers.
Greeting members and visitors as they come through the reception.
Managing the process of bookings (validate online and process other requests for bookings via phone, email, Whats App, and other ways of communication)
Serving customers
Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the company books including but not limited to accounting books.
Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
Support the conversion of online and walk in leads (enquiries) into trials.
Support the retention initiatives run by the company (to win back customers or retain leavers)
