Customer Service Representative

Work Location: Dubai Outsource City

Job Type: Temp 3 month project

Shift Timings 9 am to 9 pm (9 hour shift)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service through active listening.

Handle carefully and dial outbound customer calls.

Work with the customer with the aim to provide information on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding.

Appropriately communicate with customers.

This role is for one who has a sponsorship visa and can join immediately.

Strong command of the English language

Proficient in desktop application and internet.

Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation, multitasking and customer service skills.

Active listening and practical communication skills.
