The first five hires will get a brand-new car down payment fully paid by the company. Car is yours after you complete your first two years with the company.
Up to 60% commission + incentives
Responsibility:
High follow-up with clients on a regular basis is a must.
Update records on the CRM regularly and accurately.
Achieve sales targets/KPIs set by in Employment Contract.
Good communication skills and presentable. Must need to have strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Must be ambitious and hardworking. Strong work of ethics. Professional, organized, honest and presentable.
Requirements:
Must have proficient knowledge and a minimum of 3 + years of solid experience in Dubai real estate sales.
Valid UAE drivings license
Self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed.
Great communication and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development.
