Office Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Job responsibilities:

Documentation control, filing etc.

Answering phone.

Able to fax.

Able to communicate on email independently under advise from supervisor. Be able to maintain cash book, payment ledger etc basic accounting skills. Perform sales, marketing and sourcing campaings under supervisor guidance. Meet and greet guest.

Keep the office clean and tidy.

Be able to prepare a monthly office budget and allocate payments etc under the guidance of the remote accountant.

Daily reporting via whatsapp and email to the remote accountant.

Weekly activity report of activities to be presented to the managing director.

All other activities in support of the management from time to time.
